Historic Preservation Consulting

We also provide design services following Department of Interior Guidelines for interior and exterior preservation and adaptive reuse projects large and small.
FEMA EHP Specialist
As a certified FEMA Contractor and Historic Preservation Specialist, we handle all Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) tasks, including SHPO/Tribal Section 106 consultations and state specific forms, assist in internal and external meetings, analyze potential projects, write reports, evaluate and track projects, and coordinate with other FEMA cadres, applicants, and their consultants.
Design-Build & Renovation
We offer end-to-end design-build and renovation/restoration services, encompassing measuring, design and permit drawings, specifications, material selection, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
